Instructions
The following document will be used to create a customized HRCenter experience based on your organization’s specifications.

If you are requesting an HRCenter setup that allows for separate branding based on FEIN or line of business, please complete this document for each entity and label the document by entity name.

 Should you have any requests for modifications beyond the options listed below, please discuss with your Project Manager, as the options listed here are the only available choices for these particular HRCenter pages. Please communicate any customization requests outside of this form.

Please proceed with the following steps in order for us to set up your TW/Equifax WOTC Integration:

  • Acquire an account with Equifax.
  • Request your Employer ID/Code, Test Password, and Production Password from Equifax, and send to TW.

Please proceed with the following steps in order for us to set up your TW/ADP WOTC Integration:

  • Request your Screening Integration Credentials from ADPIf you are not yet set up with an ADP account, please inform your TW Project Manager and they will walk you through this process.
  • Notes on the standard logic that the exports include are listed below. Any requests for custom logic should be reported to your Project Manager and will be scoped upon receipt.
  • Employee New Hire File
    • Gave Information Date: Blank (per ADP)
    • Job Offer Date: Weekend Bill date of the first check/timecard
    • Hire Date: Weekend Bill date of the first check/timecard
    • Start Date: Weekend Bill date of the first check/timecard
  • Payroll File
    • Rehire Date: Blank
    • Original Hire Date: Earliest Start Date of a Valid Assignment for the employee, if no valid assignment found, then uses check date
    • Termination Date: Blank

Please proceed with the following steps in order for us to set up your TW/ESC Integration:

  • Acquire an account with Essential Staff Care.
  • Contact Essential Staff Care to request sample import and export files for the TempWorks integration.

*If the state has a specific W4 it will automatically pull in based on the employee’s address. They are all available to assign if one is needed for outside of the employee’s home address. Note that both the NC-4 and NC-4 EZ are provided; however, the NC-4 EZ will need to be manually assigned to employees. All forms are in English. Custom forms can be created in Spanish; please send a request to your Project Manager for any Spanish forms. If you would like to request a custom Federal or State form please discuss it with your Project Manager.
