Setting up the Insight Integration

Insight is a web survey integration that partners with HRCenter as an information page that will have a survey of questions for an applicant to fill out in categories at risk behavior, dependability, drugs, theft, violence, and W/C fraud. This can be configured to have the applicants workflow rejected or have a message logged on the employees profile based on how the applicant answers the questions.

*Note* This integration does require additional setup and an existing relationship with Insight. For more information about getting this setup, and pricing inquiries, please contact your TempWorks Account Manager.

Insight Setup

1. You will need to send a list of all branch names that will be utilizing the integration to Insight rep.

2. Insight creates branch tokens for both the Spanish and English evaluations and sends them to you.

3. You will provide your PM with Spanish/English tokens for each branch.

4. A web technician assigns the tokens to your HRCenter.

5. You will then verify that the integration works properly in your application and insert the page into your standard application workflow.

Posting Insight Information

Insight will post back the following information as a message on the employee record:

  1. Integrity issue (yes or no).
    • If yes, then which integrity issue(s).
  2. At risk (yes or no).


You can assign an Insight evaluation outside of the workflow as long as an applicant is tied to a branch, simply navigate to the applicant record and select the actions menu (1.), assign additional HRCenter pages (2.):
