Enterprise


New:

  • Added the ability to standardize addresses found within the Customer and Customer Worksite. Address standardization on the Customer and Customer Worksite will function similar to the previously released Employee Address Standardization.  Please reach out to support if you would like assistance setting up Address Standardization within your database.

Improvements:

  • Previously, when a department was created the creation date field would display the date that the parent customer record was created on.  Now, when a department is created the creation date will display the date the department was created on.
  • Updated the Ohio EFW2 file to include RS lines for school district codes.
  • Modified the wc_Timecards_ForceApprovalprocedure so a WebCenter timecard can be proofed after the WebCenter Timecard is overridden and then force approved.
  • Interest codes setup on the customer record will now be carried over to all new orders created for the customer.
  • Modified the Order copy process to properly copy interest code notes and required status.

Fixes:

  • Fixed the “Error converting data type varchar to float.” error that would sometimes occur when running the New Jersey mag media export.
  • Users will no longer get an error when reprinting W2s and selecting “Print 2 States per W2” option. Previously, if the state’s employerId was longer than 15 characters, it would error.

Taxes:

  • Updated the Ohio Local tax W2 tax label to display the correct W2 label for Local school district taxes.
  • Updated RIJDA tax to 0.29% based on Rhode Island’s tax information found on http://www.uitax.ri.gov/.
  • Updated PA Local Tax mapping to include Warren County.
  • Submitting a Maryland W4 will no longer attempt to update the State Juris field, as Maryland bases State taxes on the local County taxes.

HrCenter


New:

  • When creating/editing custom javascript, it is now required to be wrapped in <script> tags. These tags will be added when uploading or adding javascript and a new validation warning has been added to the editor that will appear when attempting to save javascript without <script> tags.

Improvements:

  • Modified the Tenant copy procedure to only copy active items.
  • Improved error handling for post fill procedures when submitting Hr Center pages.
  • Attempting to register a new applicant with an duplicate username will now display a validation error. Previously, this would fail when attempting to create the new applicant. 

Fixes:

  • Corrected an issue where sometimes the Dynamic state W4 would not properly prefill or postfill an applicant’s information.

WebCenter


New:

  • Added a “Buzz Compatible” Label to all WebCenter Timecard templates that are compatible with Buzz.

Improvements:

  • WebCenter Branding customizations (under the theme tab) will now work for all rules. Previously, this was only compatible with the Application Name rule.

Fixes:

  • Added additional logic to the forgot password option to ensure the Webcenter product instance is selected in cases where product instances have matching names.

Beyond


New:

  • Releasing a new Beyond skin, functionality remains the same but some new features have been added:
    • Cards are now single column
    • Cards are now collapsible; the collapsed state will persist across sessions (unless Beyond is closed or refreshed within 30 seconds of the changed state).
    • The activity panel, bookmarks, and history are now all collapsible.
  • Added the ability to standardize addresses found within the Customer and Customer Worksite.   • Added functionality to mass update rates on orders and assignments. This can be done via the order/assignment search by selecting multiple orders or assignments and using the selected items action dropdown that appears at the top of the datagrid.
  • Added the WOTC Eligibility Status field to the Employee Hiring card found in the Employee details section.
  • Added Buzz Invite QR codes. Now, when you generate a Buzz invite code for a user, there is now an option to download a QR code as well. For Tenant Invite Codes, there is the option to view a QR Code(with the option to download) for each invite code.

Improvements:

  • Improved the performance of loading the message stream on the Dashboard.

Fixes:

  • Corrected an error that would occur when search for messages if the search filter contained a special character.
  • Fixed a 415 error that would sometimes occur when running a basic assignment search. Also, users can now search on AssignmentId.

TW API V3


New:

  • Added API support for future Buzz time entry.

Improvements:

  • Added additional API support for address validation.

Buzz App


Fixes:

  • Corrected logic used in converting a worksite punch location radius.
