Release Notes: 11/17/2023

This release brings a new Essential StaffCare integration, tax updates, and plenty of additional fixes and improvements across TempWorks products.

The Highlights


Essential StaffCare Embedded On-Boarding Enrollment (EOE)

With the Essential StaffCare Embedded On-Boarding Enrollment (EOE) integration, applicants are easily able to complete benefits enrollment via their mobile device.

Additional Updates


In Beyond

  • Fixed an error that would occur when updating the “Estimated End Date” on the Job Order record.

In Enterprise

  • Added a new payroll proofing warning for Indiana & Maryland Worksites that have a missing county tax.

In HRCenter

  • Fixed an issue preventing employees from completing the CTI WOTC form.

In Reports

  • Completed updates to the 2023 Indiana W4 per requirements of the state of Indiana.
  • Fixed an issue with the 2023 Federal I9 where values would not be retained when navigating back to the first page.
  • Fixed an issue where the default paystub would not dynamically populate the customer and bank names respectively.

Tax Updates:

  • Completed the following tax updates:
    • Kentucky:
      • For Ballard County, KY - Increased rate to 1.5%.
      • For Williamstown, KY - Added rate of 1.5%.
    • Indiana:
      • For Adams County, IN - Decreased the resident and non-resident tax rate from 1.624% to 1.600%.
      • For Clinton County, IN - Increased the resident and non-resident tax rate from 2.450% to 2.650%.
      • For Dearborn County, IN - Increased the resident and non-resident tax rate from 1.200% to 1.400%.
      • For Henry County, IN - Increased the resident and non-resident tax rate from 1.700% to 1.800%.
      • For Vanderburgh County, IN - Increased the resident and non-resident tax rate from 1.200% to 1.250%.
    • New Mexico:
      • For Dona Ana, NM - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 6.500%.

In WebCenter:

  • Fixed an issue where the PTO balance would not appear correctly based on check visibility.
