Version ∞2017.7.7:
Enterprise
New:
-
Created a table called WebUserView. This table is a combination of WebUserAccount & WebUserMapping and is used for having WebUsername in the Employee Enhanced Search. Yes, that means you can search for WebUsernames in the enhanced search now!
Improvements:
-
The PeopleNet export now has a configuration to pass through the Employee as a Vendor. This will be determined by a config called PeopleNet_WTMOrC. The default is Employee.
-
Added an error when generating mag media files. This error will come up in a situation when a state hasn't been setup with a mag format type. The error will read “PrMagFormatState is missing a MagMediaFormatType for the following tax states: “ and will label out each state that is missing the type if multiple are found. Users will need to contact Support to address this error.
-
Updated the QuickBooks Check Export report to display the ACH Run ID as well as the Max Payroll Run ID in the Memo column.
Fixes:
-
When an authority check run is created, transactions outside of the EINC the user had selected were displaying. Now only transactions in the selected EINC will be displayed when creating authority check runs.
-
Previously when creating orders, the orders would default to be inactive regardless if the default order status was set to be "Implies Active". Now when creating orders, orders will be active if the default order status was set to "Implies Active".
-
Gross on Timecard Session Review and Timecard review by Payroll reports did not calculate gross the same way which caused the gross amounts to appear different between each report. These reports have been corrected and will now calculate gross the same way.
-
The date entered field on the worker comp page would previously always display as 12:00:00 AM. Now when entering new worker comp records, the time will display and be entered correctly.
-
Fixed an error in the mag media export that could falsely come up in a scenario where an employee had New York state wages, but not New York SUTA wages.
Maintenance:
-
Fixed a join on hierrelateroot in the fx_DuplicateEmailCheck procedure to ensure web users are unable to register new accounts using an email address that has already been entered into your system.
