Release Notes: 08/12/2022

This release brings the addition of a new default report, the addition of a "Select All" option within multi-select dropdowns when viewing reports in Beyond, a plethora of tax updates, and additional fixes across TempWorks products.

The Highlights


User Login History Report

The User Login History report can be used by administrators to see which users they will be billed for in a given time frame.

Additional Updates


In Beyond

  • Added a "Select All" option within multi-select dropdowns when viewing reports.
  • Fixed an error that would occur when running advanced searches after de-selecting “AND” options for multiple rules.
  • Fixed an issue where the “is on” and “equals” operators were missing when running an assignment advance search. The operators are now appearing as intended.
  • Fixed an error that would occur when running an advance search for employees or assignments when using the “Shift” field.
  • Fixed an error that would occur when editing external service background check information within Beyond > B Menu > System Settings > External Services > Background Check > Edit.

In Buzz

  • Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to update time within a Buzz timecard.

In Enterprise

  • Updated the California Quarter End Mag Media Export to pull the entire first name instead of the first initial of the first name. This update is based on requirements from the state of California.
  • Fixed an issue where Ohio taxed employees with multiple timecards in the same check would not have proper Ohio taxes applied to the check.
  • Fixed an error that would occur when adding an Employer within Enterprise > All Options > Administration > Employer.
  • Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to add a jurisdiction within Enterprise > All Options > Administration > Employer > Jurisdiction > Add New.
  • Fixed an issue with the default Turnover Detail report where “Placements” would always appear as “0”. Now, the amount of “Placements” will correctly display.

In WebCenter

  • Fixed an issue where WebCenter Vendor Management would count assigned employees incorrectly. Now, the number of employees assigned will appear correctly for Vendor orders.

Tax Updates:

  • Added the SHARONVILLE, OH jurisdiction to Zip Code 45249.
  • Updated the Occupational License Tax for Madisonville, Kentucky to 2.5%.
  • Completed the following tax updates:
    • District of Columbia
      • Decreased the Paid Family Leave employer tax rate from 0.62% to 0.26%.
    • Kentucky
      • Dayton, Campbell County - Increased the Occupational License Fee from 2% to 2.5%.
      • Hebron Estates, Bullitt County - Added an Occupational License Fee of 1%.
      • Jackson, Breathitt County - Increased the annual maximum tax from $2,202.00 to $2,940.00.
      • Shepherdsville, Bullitt County - Increased the Occupational License Fee from 1.5% to 2%.
      • Madisonville, Hopkins County - Increased the Occupational License Fee from 1.5% to 2.5%.
    • Idaho
      • Increased the withholding allowance from $3,154.00 to $3,417.00.
      • Decreased the supplemental tax rate from 6.5% to 6%.
      • Revised the withholding tables.
    • Ohio
      • Burbank, Wayne County - Added Burbank with a tax rate of 1%. Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Mantua, Portage County - Increased the tax rate from 1.5% to 2%.
      • Minerva, Carroll County - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Minerva, Columbiana County - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Minerva, Stark County - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Napoleon, Henry County - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Stone Creek, Tuscarawas County - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Tuscarawas, Tuscarawas County - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
      • Utica - Taxes will be collected by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA).
    • Oregon
      • Eugene, Lane County - Revised the withholding table.
    • Pennsylvania
      • Morrisville Boro, Bucks County - Added a resident tax rate of 1% and a non-resident tax rate of 1%.
      • Reading City, Berks County - Decreased the non-resident tax rate from 1.3% to 1%.
      • Ridgway ASD - Increased the school district tax rate from 0.5% to 0.73%.
      • Philadelphia City, Philadelphia County - Decreased the resident tax rate from 3.8398% to 3.79% and decreased the non-resident tax rate from 3.4481% to 3.44%.
      • York Suburban SD - Decreased the school district tax rate from 1% to 0.5%.
  • Completed the following Sales Tax updates:
    • Ohio
      • Updated Coshocton, OH to 7.75%.
      • Updated Mahoning, OH to 7.5%.
      • Updated Lucas County, OH to 7.75%.
      • Added Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) with a 0.50% rate.
    • New Mexico
      • Updated Loving, NM to 7.5083%.
      • Updated Silver City, NM to 8.2375%.
      • Updated Vaughn, NM to 8.4875%.
      • Updated Aztec, NM to 8.3125%.
      • Updated Bloomfield, NM to 8.25%.
      • Updated Farmington, NM to 8.3125%.
      • Updated Kirtland, NM to 6.6875%.
      • Updated Valley Water Sanitation District, NM to 6.875%.
      • Updated Valley Water and Sanitation District (Town of Kirtland), NM to 6.9375%.
      • Updated San Juan county, NM to 6.625%.
      • Updated Red River, NM to 9.3%.
    • Washington
      • Updated location rates based on the values provided by the state of Washington.
