This off-cycle release includes fixes to tax updates from the 6/3/2022 release.

Tax Updates:
- Arkansas:
- Updated supplemental withholding tax rate from 5.9% to 5.5%.
- Colorado:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $13,600 to $17,000.
- Delaware:
- Decreased SUTA wage base from $16,500 to $14,500.
- Increased SUTA Employment Training Fund tax rate from .095% to .11%.
- Kentucky:
- Decreased SUTA wage base from $11,100 to $10,800.
- Owenton Occupational License Fee increased from 1% to 1.5%.
- Russell (city) Occupational License Fee increased from 1.15% to 1.5%.
- Bardwell (city) added Occupational License Fee of .5%.
- Louisiana:
- Completed withholding updates.
- Minnesota:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $35,000 to $38,000.
- Mississippi:
- Completed withholding updates.
- New Mexico:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $27,000 to $28,700.
- New York:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $11,800 to $12,000.
- North Carolina:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $26,000 to $28,000.
- Ohio:
- Added Jenera tax with rate of 1%.
- Oregon:
- Added SUI Special Payroll Tax Offset with a tax rate of .09% and a wage base of $47,700.
- Pennsylvania:
- Central City Boro, Somerset County - Increased non-resident tax rate from .5% to 1%.
- Montour Township, Columbia County - Increased municipal resident tax rate from .156% to .5%.
- Gallitzin Township, Cambria County - Decreased LST (local services tax) from $10 to $5.
- Colwyn Boro, Delaware County - Added resident rate of 1% and non-resident rate of 1%.
- Parkesburg Boro, Chester County - Added Local Services Tax of $52.
- Strasburg Boro, Lancaster County - Added Local Services Tax of $52.
- Vermont:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $14,100 to $15,500.
- Virgin Islands:
- Decreased SUTA wage base from $32,500 to $30,800.
- Washington:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $56,500 to $62,500.
- West Virginia:
- Decreased SUTA wage base from $12,000 to $9,000.
- Wyoming:
- Increased SUTA wage base from $27,300 to $27,700 and added a new juris for Wyoming Employment Support Fund Factor with a wage base of $27,700 and a rate of .14%.
