Release Notes: 08/23/2024

This release brings additional adjustment functionality to Job Orders and Assignments in Beyond along with plenty of fixes and improvements across TempWorks products.

The Highlights


Beyond - Assignment and Job Order Adjustments

The ability to add/edit/remove adjustments on Job Order and Assignment records has been added to Beyond!

Additional Updates


In Beyond

  • Fixed an issue preventing the end date from showing within the PO Number on the Job Order.
  • Fixed a timeout error that would occur when attempting to merge employee records in Beyond.
  • Fixed an issue preventing users from searching for the Customer “Office Phone” within the universal search.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the ability to email employees from the B Menu > Records > Required Documents search.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Status” filter would not function as intended within B Menu > System Settings > Service Representatives.
  • When utilizing the “Create Employee from Resume” functionality within Beyond, the phone number will now be added as a “Cell Phone” contact method.

In Enterprise

  • Fixed an issue where the Posting Date on the Job Order in Enterprise would not update as intended when the field is updated in Beyond.

In HRCenter

  • Fixed an issue where Validation Options within HRCenter Admin were not functioning as intended.
  • Fixed a formatting error that would be caused by entering a phone number within the “Contact Information - Default“ page.

Tax Updates:

  • Completed the following tax updates:
    • District of Columbia
      • Updated the PFML rate to 0.75%.
    • Kentucky
      • For Campbell County, KY - Added a Senior Citizens Tax with a rate of 0.05%.
      • For Campbell County, KY - Added a Mental Health Tax with a rate of 0.1%.
