This release brings updated visibility to record statuses within Beyond along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
The Highlights
Beyond - Enhanced Record Status VisibilityWithin the “Active” charm on any record type in Beyond, the “Status” will show directly within the charm:
Additionally, you now have the ability to update the employee “Hire Status” directly within the “Active” charm of the employee record:

Additional Updates
Beyond
- Fixed a visual issue when viewing record header details on a mobile device.
- Fixed an exception error that would be received when attempting to complete an Asurint background check.
- Fixed an issue where records would not sync as intended between Sense and TempWorks based on the information entered within the Public Job Description.
HRCenter
- Fixed an error that would be received after completing all Insight survey questions.
Tax Updates
- California
- For Alameda, CA - Updated the Sales Tax Rate to 10.25%.
- For Humboldt, CA - Updated the Sales Tax Rate to 7.75%.
- Minnesota
- Updated Sales Tax Rates based on the requirements provided by the state of Minnesota.
Reports
- Completed the following updates to the California Pay Data reporting, based on the requirements provided by the state of California:
- Added "Middle Eastern or North African" "MENA".
- Changed "Two OR More Races" to "Multiracial and/or Multiethnic".
- Changed "Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander" to "Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander".
