Additional Updates

In Beyond

  • Updated to show 2020 W4 tax fields for 2021 to support the 2021 Federal W4

In Enterprise

  • Update Ohio New Hire export to meet new file format changes
  • Updated URL for our PeopleFacts integration
  • Updated to show 2020 W4 tax fields for 2021 to support the 2021 Federal W4
  • Updated Employee Wage Statement errors to be more specific
  • Updated Employee Wage Statement order to ensure year 2020 is displayed first

In HRCenter

  • Fixed an issue where assigned workflows were not appearing in HRCenter for select users
  • Updated Mobile Default I-9 to allow users to enter N/A for the phone number field as specified in the I-9 instructions
  • Update Service Rep signature section for Mobile Friendly I-9 to ask if the employee qualifies as a reverification or rehire. Selecting Yes will open up additional fields for the user to fill out

Tax Updates:

  • Added new Community Safety Payroll tax for Eugene, Oregon. This new tax includes an employee and employer paid portion

Self-Hosted Notes:

1.) Login server changes require a manual SQL migration script (20210115_self-hosted_sql_migrations.ps1 from the TempWorks GitHub repository) to be applied using appropriate paths:

> powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\20210115_self-hosted_sql_migrations.ps1 C:\ProgramData\TempWorks\config\login-server
