Release Notes: 02/23/2024

This release brings the DNA Status charm to Beyond along with additional fixes and improvements across TempWorks products.

*Note* For all self-hosted clients, as always, ensure you install all updates to give your users the best experience and new features.

The Highlights


Beyond - DNA (Do Not Assign) Status Charm

Added a new “DNA Status” charm within Beyond for Employees, Customers, and Assignments:

  • The state of the DNA State charm depends on the pre-existing "Do Not Assign" field and its status.
  • Shows information related to the employees/customers DNA Status depending on the color of the charm:
    • If black, one of the following will be true:
      • The employee has not been marked as "Do Not Assign".
      • The customer has not been marked as "Do Not Assign".
    • If red, one of the following will be true:
      • The employee was marked as "Do Not Assign" by a customer.
      • The employee marked a customer as "Do Not Assign".
      • Both the employee and customer marked each other as "Do Not Assign".

Additional Updates


In Beyond

  • Fixed an issue preventing phone numbers from being added based on valid area codes.
  • Updated the Sense credential setup process with additional fields that will be used in upcoming functionality.

In Buzz

  • Fixed a “CostCenter must be null“ error that would occur when attempting to create a timecard.

In HRCenter

  • Created the new 2023 Wisconsin Withholding form based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the California W4 based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the Minnesota W4 based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the Nebraska W4 based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the Rhode Island W4 based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the West Virginia W4 based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the Louisiana W4 based on the state requirements.
  • Completed updates to the Mississippi W4 based on the state requirements.

In Reports

  • Completed updates to the North Carolina Mag Media ICESA format.

In WebCenter

  • Fixed an issue preventing Vendors from being able to upload documents to employees.

Tax Updates:

  • For Danville, KY - Updated the tax rate to 1.9%.
  • For Lebanon, Ohio - Updated the tax rate to 1.5%.
  • For Shelby, Ohio - Updated the tax rate to 1.75%.
