Welcome to December! This release brings the ability to control Enterprise access via Bridge along with plenty of additional fixes and improvements across TempWorks products.

The Highlights
Bridge - Allow Enterprise AccessIn the event your employees are only working within Beyond, you may want to remove their access to Enterprise via apps.ontempworks.com. This is now controlled with a new "Enterprise Access" checkbox within user management in Bridge. *Note* For more information on this functionality, please see the article titled Managing Users in Bridge. |
Additional Updates
In Beyond
- When adding a Worker Comp Code within Customer Defaults, the drop down will now show all available Worker Comp Codes.
- Updated the US country calling code field label in Beyond to include Canada when adding an Employee/Customer/Contact phone contact method.
In Bridge
- Added a checkbox to "Add" and "Edit" user screens for allowing Enterprise RDP (apps.ontempworks.com) access.
In Enterprise
- Added a new “CFICA/EFICA out of balance” payroll proofing error if the exemption status does not match for the employee for EMED and CMED.
In HRCenter
- Fixed an “sequence contains no elements“ error that was being received when previewing background images within forms.
In Reports
- Updated the default Assignment Register report to print/export all columns within a single page.
In WebCenter
- Fixed an error that would be received when attempting to edit TimeClock timecards.
