Release Notes: 02/07/2025

This release brings the ability to select multiple interest codes within the drop-down field in Beyond, tax updates, and additional fixes across TempWorks products.

Additional Updates

Beyond

• Added the ability to select multiple interest codes within the drop-down field.

• Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to open an Excel file from a message.
• Fixed a timeout error that would occur when attempting to conduct a search on Government ID.
• Fixed a visual issue where the Employee Story would sort jobs in descending order by Start Date.

Reports

• Added the following standard reports to Beyond:
  • Commission by Rep
  • Commission by Sales Team
• Completed modifications to the “Employee Hours Range IL” report to improve readability and ensure compliance:
  • Restructured groupings for expanding.
  • Added highlighting of Employee Records that have a customer assignment with over 720 hours.
  • Added highlighting of Customer Assignment Records that have over 720 hours worked.
  • Added highlighting of Transaction Records that first exceeded 720 hours for a given customer assignment.
  • Added “Equal Pay” message action code.
  • Added “Employee Status” filter.
  • Added “State“ filter.
• Fixed a visual issue within the Estimated W2 Count report.
• Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to open the Team Activity report in Beyond.

Tax Updates

• Maryland
  • Added the new Maryland Paid Leave tax, starting 7/1/2025.
    • Both employee and employer portions have a rate of 0.45% up to social security wage base of $176,100.
• New Mexico
  • Updated the Unemployment Wage Base to $33,200.
• Ohio
  • For Lisbon, OH - Updated the tax rate to 2.0%.
• Oregon
  • For Multnomah County, OR - Updated the tax rate to the following:
    • 1.5% of wages above $200,000.
    • 3.0% of wages above $400,000.
