This release includes tax updates along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
*Note* For all Self-Hosted clients, login server changes require a manual SQL migration script to be applied.

Additional Updates
API
- Added “dateRejected” field to the “/Search/HRCenter“ API endpoint.
Beyond
- Fixed an issue where the “Status” field would not display intended results when conducting a universal search for Contacts.
- Fixed an issue when completing a background check where the driver's license would not be sent when required within one package and not required in another.
HRCenter
- Completed formatting updates to the 2025 Montana Withholding form.
Reports
- Added the PO Number Summary report to Beyond.
- Added a new column titled “Calculated WCRate” to the Worker Comp Breakout report.
- Completed updates to the 2025 New York Mag Media file based on the requirements from the state of New York.
WebCenter
- Within the Enhanced Customer Portal:
- Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to copy a timecard.
- Fixed an issue where “Dollar Amount ($)” fields were not returning values in “Dollar Amount ($)” form.
Tax Updates
- California
- For Humboldt County, CA - Added a Sales Tax rate of 7.75%.
- Idaho
- Updated state withholding rates based on the requirements from the state of Idaho.
- Minnesota
- Updated the rates for the MN Paid Leave (MNPFMLC, MNPFMLE) taxes based on the requirements from the state of Minnesota.
- Ohio
- For Delaware County's COTA District, OH - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 8.0%.
- For Fairfield County's COTA District, OH - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 7.75%.
- For Franklin County, OH - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 8.0%.
- For Licking County's COTA District, OH - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 8.25%.
- For Union County's COTA District, OH - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 8.0%.
- For Lake County, OH - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 7.25% effective 7/1/2025.
- Utah
- Updated state withholding rates based on the requirements from the state of Utah, effective 6/1/2025.
- Wisconsin
- For Manitowoc, WI - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 5.5%.
