Additional Updates
Beyond
- Fixed a visual text issue when viewing Proofing Sessions within Beyond.
HRCenter
- Fixed an issue where signatures were not being saved within the Service Rep portion of the Federal I-9 due to employees being able to navigate away during the saving process.
Reports
- Fixed an issue where the “Period End Date” field would not auto-populate with the current date upon opening the “Invoice Aging” report.
WebCenter
- Fixed an error that would occur when employees were attempting to view electronic W-2’s.
- Fixed an error that would be received when attempting to update the roles of employees/applicants.
- Fixed a visual issue when viewing the total number of rules that are associated with WebCenter configs.
- Fixed the “Resume Expired” error when uploading a resume to create an employee record from WebCenter as a Vendor Contact.
- Fixed the “Address Verification service is down“ error that would be received when attempting to update the mailing address of an employee record.
Tax Updates
- Florida
- For Hillsborough, FL - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 7.5%, effective 6/1/2025.
- Louisiana
- For Washington, LA - Updated the Sales Tax rate to 9.55%, effective 6/1/2025.
- Washington
- Updated the SUTA wage base to $78,200, effective 1/1/2026.
- Wyoming
- Updated the unemployment wage base to $33,800, effective 1/1/2026.
