The Highlights

Additional 2025 Tax Updates

The following is a high-level overview of the additional 2025 tax updates:

  • Updated SUTA tiers to include the intended rates for 2025.
  • Updated Lancaster, CA local withholding rates.
  • Updated Oregon state withholding rates.
  • Added Alabama OT wages to be included within Box 14 of the W2, as required by the state.
  • Fixed a warning that would be received within the Data Integrity Check regarding high income earners subject to supplemental Medicare tax withholding.

For Self-Hosted Clients

    *Note* For all self-hosted clients, the following must be noted/completed for the additional 2025 tax updates release:

    1. The latest Enterprise release remains the 11/15 version.
    2. The database updates included in this release (1/2) must be applied immediately in order to receive and apply the additional 2025 tax updates that are coming via an off-cycle release.
    3. In the event additional off-cycle releases are required after the initial 2025 tax updates release, DacPac's must be applied against the 11/15 version of Enterprise.

    Administrators who have the ability to apply DacPac's will likely receive pop-up notifications from within Enterprise until they have applied the DacPac's that become available. These notifications may happen every 15 minutes until completed.
