November is drawing to a close, the holiday lights are being strung, and holiday music is even starting to be played (even if it is a little too 'early'). With this being the last planned release for the month of November, we want to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
This release brings COVID-19 Required Documents, Year End updates around individual state W4 forms, and additional fixes.

Additional Updates
In Beyond
- The Task Register report in Beyond has been updated to display the intended tasks that were created within Beyond.
- Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to edit Sense credentials.
- Fixed an issue where the Service Rep record would not sync with Sense.
- Fixed an issue where candidates outside of the visible hierarchy would still appear within the candidates list of the Job Order.
In Enterprise
- Fixed an issue where internal employees were able to be seen outside of the intended hierarchy if that internal employee applied to a job via the JobBoard.
- Fixed an issue where candidates outside of the visible hierarchy would still appear within the candidates list of the Order.
In HRCenter
- Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to register as a new applicant in HRCenter.
In WebCenter
- Fixed an error that would occur when a Timecard Approver was creating WebCenter timecards for Employees.
Year End:
- Updated the Vermont W4 form to use the 2021 form.
- Updated the Georgia W4 form to use the 2021 form.
- Updated Idaho W4 form to use the 2020 form.
- Updated the Rhode Island W4 form to the 2021 form.
- Updated the Michigan W4 form to use the 2020 form.
- Updated the New York W4 form to use the 2021 form.
- Updated the Iowa W4 form to use the 2020 form.
- Updated the Minnesota W4 form to use the 2021 form.
- Updated the Connecticut W4 form to use the 2021 form.
- Updated the Wisconsin W4 form to use the 2020 form.
- Added a confirmation message when importing the BenAdmin file within the Enterprise Year End Worksheet.
- Added validation for bad EmployerID’s within the Data Integrity Check report.
- Fixed an issue Reissued checks would cause an error when running the Mag Data Check.
- Fixed an issue where the error message would not appear when the W2 1099 Data Check report contains errors after the “Run Check” has been selected.
