This release includes tax updates along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
Additional Updates
Beyond
- Fixed an issue where deactivated Contact records that were setup as “Invoice Recipients” would continue to receive invoices.
- Fixed a visual issue where documents/images uploaded from HRCenter would not be displayed as intended when viewing within Beyond.
- Fixed an issue where rows were unable to be expanded after selecting all columns within Beyond > Employees > Pay History > Transaction History.
WebCenter
- Within both the Enhanced Customer/Employee Portals:
- Updated all time pickers to allow 1-minute increment selections.
Tax Updates
- Connecticut
- Updated the unemployment (SUTA) wage base to $27,000, effective 1/1/2026.
- Kansas
- Updated the unemployment (SUTA) wage base to $15,100, effective 1/1/2026.
- Kentucky
- For Campbellsville, KY - Updated the tax rate to 1.50%, effective 1/1/2026.
- For Jankins, KY - Updated the tax rate to 2.0%, effective 1/1/2026.
- For Simpson, KY - Updated the tax rate to 1.25%, effective 1/1/2026.
- Missouri
- Updated the unemployment (SUTA) wage base to $9,000, effective 1/1/2026.
- Ohio
- For Bellefontaine, OH - Tax is no longer being collected by RITA.
- For Trenton, OH - Tax will be administered by RITA, effective 1/1/2026.
- Vermont
- Updated the unemployment (SUTA) wage base to $15,400, effective 1/1/2026.
