Welcome to 2026! This release brings additional tax updates for the new year, updates to federal and state forms, along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
Additional Updates
Beyond
- Fixed an issue preventing the sorting of Job Order Candidates by Email Address.
- Fixed an issue where worksites were being excluded when utilizing “Search Near Me”.
HRCenter
- Completed required updates to the 2026 Federal 9062.
- Completed required updates to the 2026 Federal W-4, in both English and Spanish.
- Completed required updates to the withholding forms for the following states:
- Alabama
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Georgia
- Idaho
- Maine
- Maryland
- Mississippi
Reports
- Updated the “IL Employee Assignment Notice“ report to include additional fields that are required by the state of Illinois.
- Fixed an issue within the “OBBBA Overtime Premium” report where data does not populate when the weekend dates are not entered as Sundays.
- Updated the premium wages column header within the “OBBBA Overtime Premium Report“ from “Overtime Premium Wages“ to “OBBBAOTPremium“. This is to ensure the “Import Box 14 OBBBA Overtime Premium Amounts” import functions as intended.
WebCenter
- Fixed an issue preventing the downloading of year end forms, including W-2s.

- Washington
- Completed Sales Tax updates for Q1 2026, based on the requirements provided by the state of Washington.
