Release Notes: 10/17/2025

This release includes tax updates along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.

Beyond

Fixed an issue preventing documents added prior to 2023 from appearing as intended within Beyond.

Enterprise

Fixed an issue preventing the sending of Microsoft 365 emails with attachments larger than 3MB.

Reports

WebCenter

Within Legacy WebCenter:
- Fixed an issue preventing the ability to impersonate employees.
Within the Enhanced Customer Portal:
- Removed the duplicate “Daily/Weekly” tabs from the timecard “Details” dialog.
- Fixed an issue preventing the ability to manually enter a date when utilizing the “Add Missing Timecards” option.
Within the Enhanced Employee Portal:
- Fixed an issue where the Paystub and W2 links would not function as intended.
- Fixed an issue where timecards were able to have multiple values within the “Daily” and “Weekly” tabs.
- Fixed an issue where the “Select All” option would not function as intended when attempting to select all timecards for an employee.
Within both the Enhanced Customer/Employee Portals:
- Fixed date/time inconsistencies when utilizing a mobile device.
- Fixed an issue where filters would persist when viewing new job order and assignment information.

Tax Updates

Kentucky
- For Marion, KY - Updated the tax rate to 1.5%, effective 7/1/2025.
Nevada
- Updated the SUTA Wage Base to $43,700.00, effective 1/1/2026.
Ohio
- For Jefferson TWP - Washington Court House JEDD, OH - Updated the tax rate to 1.75%, effective 1/1/2026.
- For Washington Court House, OH - Updated the tax rate to 1.75%, effective 1/1/2026.
Pennsylvania
- For Towanda School District, PA - Updated the tax rate to 0.74%, effective 1/1/2025.
