Release Notes: 12/12/2025

This release brings Inline Grid Editing functionality for Timecards to the Enhanced WebCenter Customer Portal, the saving of grid preferences for Advanced Search grids in Beyond, tax updates, and additional fixes across TempWorks products.

*Note* For all Self-Hosted clients, login server changes require a manual SQL migration script to be applied.

The Highlights


WebCenter - Enhanced Customer Portal - Inline Grid Editing

Inline grid editing for timecards allows you to:

  • Click directly into a time entry cell
  • Edit hours without navigating away from the grid
  • Save updates immediately for each row
  • Move through cells smoothly using tab or arrows for faster entry

Beyond

  • Grid preferences within Advance Search grids will now be saved:
    • When accessing the grid from Beyond's recent history.
    • When reloading the page.
    • After logging out and logging back into Beyond.
