This release includes updates to Illinois and Oregon reporting along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
The Highlights
Phased Rollout - Notification ServiceTo improve the stability of email delivery in Beyond, and to support future enhancements to our notification capabilities, TempWorks is introducing a new cloud-based Notification Service that utilizes registered domains. With the Notification Service being released via a phased rollout over the month of February, you will be receiving an email with instructions on how to complete the setup within Beyond. For more information on the Notification Service and getting the process started on adding your registered Domain(s) within Beyond, please contact your TempWorks Account Manager. |

Beyond
- Fixed a timeout error when attempting to utilize the "Near Me" functionality.
- Fixed an issue where Time Zones would not match as intended between Beyond and Enterprise.
- Fixed an issue where the “Event-based Automation Information” form would appear when selecting the “Evenly Distribute” option when adding service representatives to a SystemIQ group.
Enterprise
- Fixed an error that would occur when navigating to the “Security” tab within Administration.
- Fixed timeout errors that would be received when merging invoices or recalculating taxes/ACA Surcharges on invoices.
HRCenter
- Fixed an issue where fields marked as “Required” were not being respected when completing forms.
- Fixed an issue that was preventing the entering of “M” or “m” within Box 4a of the “Oregon Withholding 2026 - Default“ form.
Reports
- Added a new report titled “Oregon Itemized Pay Statement” based on the requirements provided by the state of Oregon.
- Added the Oregon Business Identification Number (BIN) to appear on applicable pay stubs based on the requirements provided by the state of Oregon.
- Updated the "IL Employee Assignment Notice" report to pull in the following Custom Data fields:

- IL - Labor Dispute
- Assignment:
- IL - More Than 720 Hours
- IL - Number of Hours
- IL - Comparison Method
- IL - Months Seniority
- IL - Hourly Wage
- Job Order:
*Note* The fields will be pulled into the report so long as they had been created and are populated with data.

WebCenter
- Fixed an error that would be received when attempting to navigate back to Legacy WebCenter.
- Fixed an issue preventing employees from being able to view their HRCenter workflows within WebCenter in the event they had a “+” within their username.
- Updated the error that would be received when attempting to upload a timecard adjustment file that is too large. The error now states “File is too large. Uploads must be under 25.00MB“.
