This release includes tax updates along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
Additional Updates
Beyond
- Once a Saved Search is deleted, it will be removed from the Recent History panel.
- Fixed an issue where column grouping would not persist as intended within the updated grids.
- Fixed an error that would occur when utilizing page navigation within advanced search results.
- Fixed an issue where the “Rows per Page” option was not respecting the option selected within the “Mass Update Rates” pages.
- Fixed a timeout issue that would occur when a Status Change Workflow is utilized to assign an HRCenter workflow to the employee.
- Added validation to the “Hire Date” field within the ACA card of the employee, preventing the submission of a date that does not fall within the intended range.
- In the event rates are updated within the Financials card of the Job Order or Assignment, the “Submit” button will not be able to be selected until the recalculations of the rates is complete.
- Fixed an issue where the “Permission to Contact” field within the Work History of the employee record would not reflect as intended when submitting a background check through Asurint.
Enterprise
- Fixed a visual issue with the file name when emailing invoices and paystubs using a Microsoft 365 email.
- Fixed an issue where reissuing an epay check after an employee had been set up with a Rapid! Paycard would not reissue to the Paycard as intended.
HRCenter
- Updated the default New York Exemption from Withholding form to the 2025 version.
- Fixed a required validation error when creating a custom Work History form via copying the default.
- Fixed an issue within custom forms where radio buttons would not be outlined and checkboxes were not following validation when both were being set to “Required”.
*Note* For custom forms that the above issue applied to, you will need to re-save the form to apply the fix.
Reports
- Added validation when running the Paycheck Stub Reprint report, asking for additional parameters to be set before executing.
- Updated the “EEO Headcount by Range” report to prevent employee counts from duplicating when an employee has transactions across multiple branches.
WebCenter
- Within the Enhanced Customer Portal:
- Fixed an issue preventing the loading of all timecards.
Tax Updates
- Updated the Social Security wage base to $184,500, effective 1/1/2026.
- California
- Updated the SDI withholding rate to 1.3%, effective 1/1/2026.
- For Dos Palos, CA - Updated the sales tax rate to 8.25%, effective 10/1/25.
- For Oakland, CA - Updated the sales tax rate to 10.75%, effective 10/1/25.
- For Sebastopol, CA - Updated the sales tax rate to 10.5%, effective 10/1/25.
- Colorado
- Updated the Paid Family Medical Leave premium rate to 0.88% of wages (split 50/50 employee and employer) and the wage base to $184,500, effective 1/1/2026.
- Connecticut
- Updated the Paid Family Medical Leave wage base to $184,500, effective 1/1/2026.
- Georgia
- For Bibb (County), GA - Updated the sales tax rate to 7.0%, effective 10/1/25.
- Kentucky
- Updated 2026 city rates and wage bases based on requirements by the state of Kentucky.
- Updated 2026 withholding rates based on requirements by the state of Kentucky.
- Maine
- Updated the Paid Family Medical Leave wage base to $184,500, effective 1/1/2026.
- Updated 2026 withholding rates based on requirements by the state of Maine.
- New Jersey
- Updated 2026 rates and wage bases based on requirements by the state of New Jersey.
- Ohio
- For Trenton, OH - Will be administered by RITA, effective 1/1/2026.
- Updated 2026 city rates and wage bases based on requirements by the state of Ohio.
