The Highlights
Enhanced Grid Experience in Beyond - Coming September 19thTempWorks is excited to introduce expanded features to the Beyond grids; designed to make your workflow smoother, faster, and more flexible across all devices. With this update on 9/19, you’ll enjoy:
*Note* As part of this upgrade on 9/19, your current saved grid preferences (including pinned columns, column order, visibility, grouping, etc.) will reset to default. After the upgrade, you’ll just need to set them once and your preferences will be saved for all future sessions. *Note* For an overview of what's new, along with tips to quickly setup your preferences, please see the article titled Beyond - Grid Navigation. |

HRCenter
- Fixed an issue where data fields within email templates were not being respected when assigning Recruiter First pages/workflows.
Reports
- Created the new Maine PFML (Paid Family Medical Leave) export.
- Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to run the Georgia Quarterly Report.
- Fixed an issue where the title of a List B document would not be included within the Federal I-9 after completing the “Federal I9 2025 Mobile Friendly - Default“ page.
WebCenter
- Within the Customer Portal - Updated the Timeclock page to be ordered by the Weekend Date.
- Fixed an issue where duplicate WebCenter email notifications would be sent in the event groups of timecards were being submitted or approved.
Tax Updates
- Kentucky
- For Ashland, increased the tax rate to 2.375%, effective 1/1/2026.
- New Jersey
- Updated the SUTA Wage Base to $44,800, effective 1/1/2026.
- Ohio
- For Brown County, decreased the Sales and Use tax rate to 7.0%, effective 10/1/2025.
