Overview
With localization settings, the TempWorks Mobile Application will be translated into your preferred language of English or Spanish.
While the TempWorks Mobile Application will default to the language of your device (English or Spanish), you can also choose your preferred language setting directly within the application via User Settings > Language Preference > Select the appropriate flag:

While the TempWorks Mobile Application will have text translated to Spanish, there are specific fields that require manual localizations added within Beyond. This article will outline the localizations that will need to be setup in Beyond first in order for the translations to appear as intended within the TempWorks Mobile Application.
Beyond Localizations
There are areas in Beyond that will need to have localizations added in order for the translations to appear within the TempWorks Mobile Application:
*Note* Beyond will not translate the English word for you; you must manually type in the Spanish version.
- Administration
- Job Titles
- Customer
- Worksite Dress Codes and Directions
- Public Job Titles and Job Descriptions
- Default Shifts and Shift Notes
- Job Order
- Directions
- Job Descriptions, Dress Codes, Safety Notes, and Shift Notes
- Job Board Public Job Titles and Public Job Descriptions
Administration
Localizations can be added to Job Titles by navigating to B Menu > System Settings > Job Titles.
When adding a Job Title, select the "Add Localization" checkbox:

Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Job Title" text, in Spanish, in the "Job Title" field, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Job Title:

*Note* Beyond will not translate the English word for you; you must manually type in the Spanish version.
Select "Submit" to complete the creation of the Job Title.

Customer
Localizations can be added to specific fields within the Customer record by navigating to the following areas:
*Note* Beyond will not translate the English word for you; you must manually type in the Spanish version.
- Worksite Dress Codes and Directions: Customer > Details > Worksites > Worksite Details
- Within the "Worksite Details" window, select the "Add Localization" checkbox.
- Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Dress Code" and "Directions" text, in Spanish, in the "Dress Code" and "Directions" fields respectively, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Worksite Details:

- Select "Next" to continue with the Worksite details.
- Public Job Titles and Job Descriptions: Customer > Defaults > Job Descriptions:
- Within the "Add/Edit Job Description" window, select the "Add Localization" checkbox.
- Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Public Job Title" and "Job Description" text, in Spanish, in the "Public Job Title" and "Job Description" fields respectively, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Job Description Details:

- Select "Submit" to complete the creation/editing of the Job Description.
- Default Shifts and Shift Notes: Customer > Defaults > Shifts:
- Within the "Add Default Shift" window, select the "Add Localization" checkbox.
- Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Shift" and "Shift Notes" text, in Spanish, in the "Shift" and "Shift Notes" fields respectively, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Default Shift Details:

- Select "Submit" to complete the creation/editing of the Shift.
Job Order
Localizations can be added to specific fields within the Job Order record by navigating to the following areas:

- Directions: Job Order > Details > Customer Information:
- Within the "Customer Information" window, select the "Add Localization" checkbox.
- Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Directions" text, in Spanish, in the "Directions" field, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Customer Information Details:

- Select "Submit" to complete the editing of the Customer Information.
- Job Descriptions, Dress Codes, Safety Notes, and Shift Notes: Job Order > Details > Job Information:
- Within the "Job Information" window, select the "Add Localization" checkbox.
- Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Job Description", "Dress Code", "Safety Notes", and "Shift Notes" text, in Spanish, in the "Job Description", "Dress Code", "Safety Notes", and "Shift Notes" fields respectively, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Job Information Details:

- Select "Submit" to complete the editing of the Job Information.
- Job Board Public Job Titles and Public Job Descriptions: Job Order > Details > Job Board Options:
- Within the "Job Board Options" window, select the "Add Localization" checkbox.
- Select "Español" under the Localization dropdown and then enter the "Public Job Title" and "Public Job Descriptions" text, in Spanish, in the "Public Job Title" and "Public Job Descriptions" fields respectively, and select "Add" to add the localization to the Job Board Options:

- Select "Submit" to complete the editing of the Job Board Options.
