This release brings updates to the Data Integrity Check, tax updates for Washington, along with additional fixes across TempWorks products.
Additional Updates
Beyond
- Fixed an issue preventing employees from being able to be assigned due to E-Verify case information not updating as intended.
*Note* SystemIQ within Beyond is being updated to new Cloud standards and, as a result, SystemIQ will be unavailable from September 3rd at 9PM CT to September 4th at 3AM CT.
Reports
- Created the Availability List report that displays employee's availability for a week/month in a list format.
*Note* The Availability List report is included within the following Security Group/Role for access within Beyond and Enterprise respectively:
- Beyond: "Employee Reporting" Report Security Group
- Enterprise: "Report Group - Employee Reporting" Security Role
WebCenter
- Fixed an issue preventing employees from being added as candidates on Job Orders when selecting the "Add Job" option within the Job Board tab of WebCenter.
Year End
- Added validation to the W-2 Box 12 labels to prevent the use of special characters.
- Updated the Data Integrity Check Error #4 to allow Box 13 for Third Party Sick Pay.
Tax Updates
- Washington
- Updated Local Sales & Use Tax Rates based on the requirements provided by the state of Washington.
For Self-Hosted Clients
*Note* As part of this week's Job Board release on 9/4/2026, TempWorks is rolling out a security update. To complete the update, a manual configuration change is required in addition to the standard installation steps.
Please complete the following:
- Open the web.config file for your Job Board installation.
- Locate the <runtime> ... </runtime> section.
- Replace that entire section with the contents of the attached file.
- Save the file and complete your installation as usual.
TempWorks recommends applying this update at your earliest convenience as part of your standard release process.
