This release brings the new TempWorks Mobile App, the LLH integration, and an enhancement to In-App Notifications within Beyond.
The Highlights
TempWorks Mobile AppThe new TempWorks Mobile App is now available! With the new TempWorks Mobile App, you can have a themed mobile application within the Apple App Store and Google Play Store based on your companies unique branding. The TempWorks Mobile App is an all-in-one mobile application that allows users to enter their time, keep tabs on their assignment(s), an eye on their pay information, and house their documents. *Note* The new TempWorks Mobile App requires additional setup. LLH IntegrationWith the Live Life Healthy (LLH) integration with TempWorks, clients are provided a streamlined benefits eligibility calculation process and automated managing of adjustments for premiums and reimbursements/claims. *Note* This integration requires additional licensing and an existing relationship with LLH. To start the setup process, please contact your TempWorks Account Manager. For more information on the integration, please see the article titled LLH Integration. |

Beyond
- Added the ability to select in-app notification statuses to see additional recipient details:
- Clicking the “Sent” status opens a dialog with a list of all recipients the notification was last sent to:
- Recipients can be edited before the notification is sent and this list may differ from the recipients saved on the notification.
- To view all recipients a notification was sent to, you will need to be at the same hierarchy level or higher compared to the notification itself, otherwise you’ll only see recipients in your current hierarchy view.

- Clicking the “Failed” status opens a dialog that contains the error message:
- The two main reasons for notifications not being sent include an empty recipient list (team with no members) and/or connection issues.
